Dao is designed to run primarily on-device. Core experience data such as session progress, local settings, and in-app state are stored locally on your device.

We do not collect personally identifiable information for account creation because Dao does not require a user account.

Local data is used only to provide app functionality, including:

• Supporting feature state such as breathing sessions and reading history
• Improving usability and continuity of your in-app experience

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising.

We take reasonable measures to protect app data. Since most data remains on-device, risk from centralized data storage is reduced.

If you make in-app purchases, transaction processing is handled by Apple through App Store infrastructure under Apple's terms and privacy practices.
